The Forever War is a novel I have been reading set over in the Middle East. This book has heavy emphasis on perspectives and is quite an interesting story you can emerge yourself into.

The Forever War
Perspectives play a very significant role in the structure of this book. The author wants us to see the conflicts occuring from everybody involved in it, regardless of what "side" they are fighting on. The author describes all the different character met and it seems that war is part of their culture. People are missing limbs and children are trained to use guns and makes Afghanistan appear as a war-torn country. Seeing how war affects both sides really helps some understand exactly what happened since you hear everyones insights about the war.
