The Forever War: The Effects of War

Having read this book, it is clear that war changes people significantly. Many of the people living in the middle of this war would most likely of been friends under normal circumstances. However, all is not well and even the slightest disagreement about an idea or course of action can lead to violence or worse. Hearing perspectives from both the allied forces and the enemy makes you feel like you are right there in the middle of the conflict.
